Awning Installer

CB Dombach and Son is currently hiring for a full-time Awning Installer to provide great customer service while installing custom-made products at the homes and businesses of our clients. This skilled labor position earns a competitive wage of $13-$16/hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time skilled labor position typically works 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a daily lunch break, Monday - Friday. 

As an Awning Installer, you play an important role in providing our clients with a high-quality experience. Typically working in a team of about 2 installers, you always communicate with respect and courtesy. You utilize ladders, hand tools, and power tools to install products in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, you often have opportunities to practice exceptional customer service when you come into contact with clients. You enjoy serving others, performing skilled labor with your hands, and contributing to the company in a big way!

If you have experience a sign installer, than your transition to awning installer will be seamless! If you have relevant construction work, mechanical ability, and knowledge of general construction this job is for you. We'll teach you what you need to succeed and growth your career.

We also rent commercial tents and this position will also be required for the delivery, setup and take down.

REQUIREMENTS

·         Efficiency with power and hand tools

·         Driver’s License

·         Ability to work from ladders/lifts

·         Ability to problem solve and perform basic math

·         Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted

·         Willingness to work in a team setting

·         Must be attentive to detail
